Closia is a welcoming space to log outfits, explore creativity, and share style with friends. These Community Guidelines apply to all areas of Closia — including profiles, shared looks, comments, likes, and event chats. By using Closia, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Be Respectful
- Treat others with kindness and courtesy. No harassment, threats, stalking, bullying, or targeted abuse.
- No hate speech, slurs, or content that demeans anyone based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or medical condition.
- Do not post private or identifying information about others (addresses, phone numbers, private messages) without explicit consent.
2. Share Appropriate Content
- Upload only outfits and photos that are your own or that you have clear rights/permission to share.
- No nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content. Any sexual content involving minors will be reported to authorities immediately.
- No graphic violence, promotion of illegal activity, or content that encourages self-harm.
3. Keep It Safe and Useful
- No spam, scams, impersonation, or attempts to manipulate engagement (fake likes/comments, link bait).
- Do not upload malware, phishing links, or attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt Closia or other users’ accounts.
- Do not mass-download, repost, or redistribute other users’ photos or media without consent.
4. AI Features and Image Recognition
- Closia uses AI-powered image recognition and generation to help identify clothing items and suggest outfits. AI can make mistakes — please review and edit results as needed.
- Respect intellectual-property and publicity rights when sharing AI-detected or AI-generated content. Do not share copyrighted/branded images you don’t own or have permission to use.
- You’re responsible for how you use AI results — use them ethically and creatively.
5. Events and Chat
- Event chats are for coordinating looks and collaborating around style. Keep discussions on-topic and respectful.
- Avoid sharing sensitive personal information (like home addresses) unless you fully trust the participants.
6. Reporting and Blocking
- If you encounter inappropriate content or behavior, use in-app reporting tools or contact us at support@closiaapp.com.
- You can block users who make you uncomfortable.
- Our team reviews reports and may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts to protect the community.
7. Enforcement
- Violations may lead to warnings, temporary restrictions, permanent account suspension, or content removal — depending on severity and repeat behavior.
- Enforcement combines automated systems and human review.
- We may update these Guidelines as Closia evolves and new features are introduced.
8. Thank You
Closia exists because of its creative, kind community. By following these Guidelines, you help build a space where style, inspiration, and collaboration thrive. For more information, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
